Information About Prayer in America Website

The PRAYER IN AMERICA Web site is a companion to the two-hour documentary airing on public television in November 2007. It is designed to showcase the production; facilitate interreligious dialogue regarding prayer; compare and contrast issues of faith through prayer in early American history as well as in the present day; and share local outreach efforts in various communities.

PRAYER IN AMERICA is produced for PBS by The Duncan Group. Iowa Public Television is the presenting station. Funding for the PRAYER IN AMERICA television documentary and outreach campaign is provided by the John Templeton Foundation.

The outreach campaign is developed and managed by Outreach Extensions.
