James P. Moore, Jr.

Author of One Nation Under God: The History of Prayer in America. Moore is also the founder and current President and CEO of ATI, formerly known as AmeriTrade, an international trade and investment banking firm. He is a member of the faculty at the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University. President Ronald Reagan appointed him U.S. Assistant Secretary of Commerce for Trade Development. Mr. Moore has served on the boards of the U.S. Import Bank, the U.S. Overseas and Private Investment Corporation, and the U.S. Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States. Currently, he sits on several corporate and nonprofit boards across the United States and is a featured analyst and commentator on CNBC and Fox News. One Nation Under God will be available in paperback in May 2007. A two-CD companion to the book, The Many Voices of One Nation Under God compiles some of the most important music written and recorded to illustrate the history of prayer in America.
